This CD ROM holds the scanned pages of The History and Antiquities of the

County of Rutland by James Wright published in 1684,

together with the Additions of 1687 and 1714 and

Harrods Additions of 1788 and 1790.

In view of size of Rutland this is the shortest book of its type.

Published in 1684 it is also one of the earliest and is also very scarce.

Each page is in .jpg format and is best accessed through the Page Index

button on the main page

Buttons are included for all the pages in the original hardback version,

although it must be noted that a couple of pages in the original have wrong numbers!
